What's wrong with this picture?

No, I didn't take this picture a month ago. It's May 1st and 35 degrees outside! What's up with that? Typical Colorado weather. I swear it's bi-polar. Monday through Wednesday it's been sunny and in the 70's and now the temperature has dropped 40 degrees.

The good news is this won't last long, the snow provides much needed moisture and it's not sticking to the roads. However, us former Californians are finding it strange that weather can change so dramatically in 24 hours.

Snow in May? We've been having temperature swings here too - but wow! I can completely understand the water issue though. In drought conditions you take moisture now matter what form it comes in!
